New on tap...Brumaison GB - a golden ale locally brewed in Marden
Worth knowing: Cask Bitters & Craft Ale On Tap
Ahh yes...everyone we spoke to said we had to have Harvey's on tap - so here it is in all its glory.
Tailored to the taste buds of the people of Sussex and Kent over many decades, this popular beer is brewed with the finest Maris Otter malted barley and a small percentage of roasted ‘Crystal’ malt. A blend of four different hops from local growers impart a distinctive character and a moreish quality.
A multi-award winning ale that pays tribute to the Avro Lancaster. A classic English Ale, chestnut in colour with a lovely full-bodied flavour, enriched with a wonderful late hop character.
Smell: Floral, Biscuit
Taste: Earthy fruit, Hoppy, Bittersweet Balance
A two time gold medal winner in the European Beer Star Awards 2007 and 2011. As well as two silver medals at the International Beer Challenge 2012 and the World Beer Awards in 2014.

Meantime London Pale Ale continues that tradition by combining lots of American Cascade and Centennial hops to give it a complex citrus aroma and buckets full of local Kentish Goldings to provide the bitterness that makes the style so refreshing. Together they conspire to assail the nose with a complex, heady mix of spearmint, grass and ‘hop sack’ aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience.
Worth knowing: Lager, Cider & Stout On Tap
Curios Brew, another local favourite from Chapel Down in Tenterden, a genuine craft lager beer. Taste the difference.

Becks Vier is a 4% pilsner lager imported from Bremen in Germany. The unique blend of golden barley, Bavarian hops, pure glacier water and unique yeast gives Becks Vier its clean, crisp, full bodied taste.
Bronze award winner at the 2016 International Cider Challenge, this local cider is medium dry and made from a blend of culinary and dessert apples.
Needs no introduction..sweet smelling with a coffee and malty nose and the perfect balance of bitter and sweet with malt and roast characters.

Seb Petersen and his family have owned Chart Farm & Butchery since 1975. He has wonderful fallow and sika deer roaming over the 400 acres of the farm for top venison. He also manages to source amazing beef and hangs it for us before we butcher it into the steaks on your plate.
